Records Technician - Child Welfare Case Coordinator

The Florida Department of Children and Families is seeking a Records Technician to support the Child Safety unit in West Palm Beach. You will handle abuse report intake, review data, and assign cases to CPI staff to ensure timely processing. This OPS position emphasizes clerical accuracy, coordination with FAHIS/CIS/FSFN systems, and maintaining case logs.
