We're currently looking for skilled Bartenders who thrive under pressure, work well as part of a team, and enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.

Duties Include:

In this role, you'll prepare and serve beverages with accuracy, consistency, and efficiency while supporting smooth day-to-day bar operations through prep work, batching, stocking, and organization. You'll engage directly with guests at the bar and throughout the restaurant, providing attentive, knowledgeable service and creating a welcoming dining experience from start to finish. Strong menu knowledge, multitasking ability, and a sense of urgency are essential to delivering the elevated hospitality and service standards our guests expect.

Location: Colletta in The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa- Avon, CO

Start Date: 6/4/2026

Pay Rate: $14.42 / hour + tips

Employment Type: Part-Time Year-Round

Schedule: 4pm-Closing

Minimum Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Bartending experience
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
• Passion for food and beverage
• Passion for Hospitality
