Schedule: PRN l Day shift | Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Variable weekends 7:30 am-4:30 pm

How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life.
• Design and implement personalized care plans that utilize the most effective therapeutic modalities to drive meaningful patient progress.
• Collaborate and educate families and caregivers on patient deficits and the use of adaptive equipment to ensure a safe and successful transition back home.
• Lead and oversee the clinical care provided by assistants and technicians to maintain the highest standards of rehabilitation practice and patient safety.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

• Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Occupational Therapy (OT) credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred.
