As a Mobile Developer, you design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, delivering intuitive solutions that meet complex business and clinical requirements. You collaborate closely with product management and UX teams, contribute to architectural decisions and technical planning, and ensure that all applications meet high standards for performance, scalability, reliability, and usability. You work within regulated healthcare and medical device environments, supporting secure integrations with cloud platforms, RESTful APIs, and connected device ecosystems while following robust software development processes.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Collaborate with product management and UX teams to translate business and clinical requirements into intuitive mobile user experiences.
• Develop secure integrations with cloud platforms, RESTful APIs, and connected medical device ecosystems.
• Participate in architecture design discussions, code reviews, and technical planning activities to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
• Ensure mobile applications meet performance, scalability, reliability, and usability standards.
• Support mobile application testing and validation, including identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to improve development efficiency and product quality.
• Follow software development processes aligned with regulated medical device and healthcare requirements.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to implement secure mobile development practices and protect sensitive data.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation, design specifications, and test artifacts.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• At least 2+ years of experience developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart or a similar application language.
• Hands-on experience integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Strong knowledge of mobile application architecture patterns and software design principles.
• Proficiency with source control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
• Practical experience building and shipping applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Solid mobile development skills with a focus on cross-platform solutions.

• Experience working in or with regulated healthcare or medical device environments.
• Background in secure mobile development practices and collaboration with cybersecurity teams.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks for mobile applications.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation, design specifications, and test artifacts.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with product, UX, and technical teams.

You work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment that brings together product management, UX, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to deliver secure, high-quality mobile solutions. The role focuses on building cross-platform applications for iOS and Android using Flutter and Dart, integrating with cloud platforms, RESTful APIs, and connected medical device ecosystems. Development follows Agile methodologies and structured processes aligned with healthcare and medical device regulations, supported by modern tooling such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. The environment emphasizes secure coding practices, rigorous testing and validation, and clear technical documentation to ensure reliability, compliance, and user safety.

This is a Contract position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $90.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
