Our client, the hospitality industry is seeking a Summer Server for Private Club to join their team. As a Summer Server for Private Club, you will be part of the Food Service Department supporting the dining and hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Big Bay, MI

Pay Range: $32240 - $32240

Shift:

What's the Job?

• Serve and bus buffet style meals, with some food preparation involved.

• Assist members and guests with professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring exceptional dining experiences.

• Uphold club standards for presentation, service timing, and table etiquette to enhance member satisfaction.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Assist with clearing tables, resetting dining areas, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in food service preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations.

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

• Availability for the summer months, with flexible shift times.
