Job Description FlexForce is currently recruiting for a Pipefitter, Pipe Welder, Structural Welder & Structural Fitter We are seeking candidates with 3 + years of experience in the field who can perform the standard duties of both pipe fitting and welding. Responsibilities include: Laying out, positioning, and securing parts and assemblies according to specifications using tools such as straightedges, combination squares, calipers, and rulers. Tack welding and welding components and assemblies using electric, gas, arc, or other welding equipment. Cutting workpieces using powered saws, hand shears, or chipping tools. Installing and repairing equipment such as pipes, valves, floors, and tank linings. Inspecting welded surfaces using tests such as hydrostatic and X-ray to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Measuring grooves, angles, and gaps using micrometers, calipers, and other precision instruments. Smoothing and finishing workpieces using grinders, files, or scrapers.
