Guest Experience Representative

As a Guest Experience Representative at our retail store in San Diego, you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable experience. You will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all. Your main goal will be to exceed customer expectations and build long-lasting relationships with them. You will work closely with the store team to ensure that all customer needs are met and that the store is always presentable and well-stocked.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store
• Assist customers with their purchases and provide product recommendations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
