Dispensary Associate

Guide customers through their cannabis journey by educating them on product benefits and potential side effects Facilitate customer purchases in accordance with State regulations Provide exceptional customer service, empathy, compassion, and elevated patient service Maintain knowledge of cannabis products and effects Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns according to company policy Prepare and process patient orders efficiently Follow Trulieve policies and procedures Work with the leader on duty to enhance the customer experience Assist customers with product or device issues Collaborate with leadership and management to resolve customer issues Document customer issues and concerns on customer profiles Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation Perform additional duties assigned by management Perform delivery associate duties as needed, including following delivery policies Process online orders, including deliveries, within a two-hour timeframe Requirements High-school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field Minimum 21 years of age, or minimum 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV Prior retail and/or customer service experience is preferred as a plus Prior cash handling experience Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions Ability to interact respectfully and politely with customers and team members Conversational English proficiency Ability to operate computers, laptops, electronic equipment, and telecommunication devices Mental and physical capacity to perform job duties Valid driver's license and clean driving record for the Delivery Driver role Ability to pass a comprehensive background record check Ability to move intermittently throughout the workday Ability to see and hear adequately, or use prosthetics enabling these senses Ability to function independently with flexibility and personal integrity Ability to work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and sometimes hostile people Ability to move throughout the facility, including confined spaces Ability to manipulate, push, pull, lift, carry, and position objects up to 50 lbs Ability to ascend and descend stools, ladders, and steps; crouch, stoop, kneel, and crawl Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Availability for up to 40 hours per week and after-hours work based on business needs Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer service skills, including empathy and compassion, while guiding customers through their cannabis journey.
