Senior Project Manager

Our client is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their land development practice based in Westminster, CO. Our client is a dynamic, engineering and surveying consultancy with an employee-centric culture and a community-driven portfolio featuring some of the Denver area's highest-profile private and public developments. In this Senior Project Management role, you will lead the successful delivery of complex and large-scale site/civil projects while overseeing multiple project teams and supporting overall excellence in project delivery. The Senior Project Manager serves as a senior-level point of contact for key client relationships and plays a critical role in mentoring staff, strengthening team performance, and contributing to further business development efforts. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level technical oversight across multiple projects, ensuring design quality, constructability, and alignment with regulatory requirements Review and guide complex site design elements, including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway systems across a variety of project types Oversee the preparation and finalization of engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents to ensure consistency and quality across teams Lead and enforce QA/QC processes across projects, reviewing work produced by Project Managers and their teams to reduce risk and maintain standards Oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects and project teams, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget and client expectations Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment, promoting strong communication, trust, and performance Lead and oversee multiple project teams, including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and engineering staff Delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining accountability for overall team and project outcomes Actively contribute to business development efforts, including identifying opportunities, supporting pursuits, and helping secure new work Preferred Qualifications 12+ years of experience within the land development/site civil engineering field. Colorado-based experience preferred In possession of PE A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Experience in AutoCAD, or Civil 3D. Have a passion for collaboration throughout the design and execution of projects. Experience leading and mentoring junior engineers in land development/site civil.
