Your impact We are searching for a Mechanical Engineering Intern to join our Federal Buildings team in Fort Worth, TX. If you are a Mechanical Engineering major with an interest in mechanical building systems this may be the perfect opportunity for you! As an intern with our team you can expect to design everything from new, multi-building complexes to intricate historic structure renovations! Although your focus will be on HVAC, and building mechanical systems you will be part of a highly dynamic and multi- discplinary team of engineers, architects, and designers, We’ll rely on you to support our teams on critical projects while fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusion. You’ll work alongside professional engineers and designers, gaining exposure to project coordination, relevant computer-assisted engineering software, data collection and more. With mentorship and guidance from our Professional Engineers and technical experts, we will count on you to assist in the performance of analysis and design for our projects. Our North American Internship Program will allow you to engage with interdisciplinary counterparts and senior leadership across all business units and geographies– giving you a chance to network, explore the company, and learn more about our dynamic industry. To be successful in this position you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills as you work closely with your Mechanical Lead, Project Managers, Professional Engineers, and Designers across different disciplines. Here's what you'll need Currently enrolled in a degree seeking program for Mechanical Engineering from an accredited program Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs Completion of at least two years of collegiate coursework related to a Mechanical Engineering degree Familiarity with Revit and AutoCAD Ideally, you’ll also have:

The base salary range for this position is $52,000.00 to $65,000.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
