Sourcing Manager, New Product Development

The Impact You'll MakeAs a Sourcing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping how our products are built—from early design decisions to supplier selection and cost optimization. You will help ensure our products remain competitive by identifying the best technologies, materials, and global manufacturing opportunities.You will partner closely with teams across engineering, quality, and operations to influence decisions early in development, where your impact is greatest. Your work will directly contribute to smarter sourcing, stronger supplier relationships, and improved product performance.This is a highly visible role where your ability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution will help drive both innovation and cost efficiency.What You’ll Be DoingLead sourcing for new product development (NPD) by selecting cost-effective technologies, materials, regions, and suppliersDrive ongoing cost reduction initiatives for existing products by identifying new savings opportunitiesSupport product maintenance by partnering with engineering on quality improvements and feature enhancementsAlign with global procurement by contributing to and executing category strategies while ensuring local needs are representedIdentify and develop new supplier opportunities, cost drivers, support supply continuity, and help resolve critical material shortagesWhat We're Looking ForA degree in Engineering or Business and solid experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chainStrong ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and drive results in a fast-paced environmentGood understanding of cost drivers across materials, manufacturing processes, and regionsA collaborative, proactive mindset with confidence to influence decisions and work cross-functionallyWhat You'll Get from UsWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000- $135,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
