Product Management and Marketing Manager

Job Title

VMware @ Broadcom is looking for a seasoned product management and marketing leader responsible for driving ANS (Application Networking and Security) Division's security and application delivery products and go to market initiatives.

You will be working to evangelize, insert and expand VMware's vDefend lateral security and Avi Load Balancer products with customers, identify use cases, insertion strategies, drive marketing campaigns, build messaging and go-to-market collateral. You will be deeply engaged in executive-level messaging, compelling story telling, simplifying highly technical concepts to influence different types of audiences, including IT executives, technology leaders, and partner executives. Use of AI for boosting productivity as well as strategic understanding of agentic AI for evolving ANS products and messaging is critical. This ANS product team is a fast-paced start-up environment where the successful candidate will wear many hats. You'll be part of a dedicated and passionate team that thrives on the culture of open communication, thoughtful innovation, enhanced productivity, teamwork and customer success.

Responsibilities:

• Engage closely with sales teams ANS products sales as well as customers across multiple go to market segments
• Partner closely with product management and architects on strategic direction, roadmap prioritization, product design, implementation, testing and maintenance
• Engage with cross-division and corporate teams for exec level content development, with simplified and impactful messaging
• Partner closely with corporate PR for product launches
• Produce go to marketing collateral with differentiated messaging (white papers, videos, blogs) on technical and business value of the ANS portfolio based on target audience
• Speak at conferences, vMUGs and related forums
• Demonstrated ability and experience to manage teams with high productivity

Required Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of networking, security and load balancing
• Clear understanding of agentic AI architecture and its implications to cloud infrastructure, security and load balancing
• Articulate and ability to deliver impactful message to sales teams, customers and partners
• Speaking experience on industry forums and conferences
• Experience in outbound and inbound product management, marketing and business development

Required Education/Experience:

• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering related field and 15+ years of related experience or MS in Computer Science or Engineering related field and 13+ years of related experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is USD To USD.
