Prior maintenance or repair experience in industrial settings.

Sharp mechanical and electrical problem-solving chops.

Blueprint reader and hands-on doer.

Day in the Life: Property Maintenance Technician

Perform general facility maintenance tasks, including fixture installation, wall repairs, and paint touch-ups

Complete basic electrical work such as changing light bulbs and installing ceiling fans

Maintain the appearance, functionality, and safety of facility spaces

Use hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete maintenance projects

Respond to routine maintenance requests in a timely manner

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks as needed

Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards while working independently or as part of a team
