What You'll Be Doing:

As an RN with Nextaff, you will play a central role in the care team. From clinical assessments to direct patient education, you'll help manage treatment plans and ensure every patient receives safe, compassionate, and individualized care.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Assessing patient health and developing personalized care plans
• Administering medications and monitoring effectiveness
• Collaborating with physicians and healthcare staff to coordinate care
• Educating patients and their families on medications, treatments, and health management
• Monitoring and reporting patient progress and changes in condition
• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and infection control standards
• Accurately documenting patient records and care provided

What We’re Looking For:

• A current RN license in the state of practice
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Previous Long Term Care experience preferred but not required
• A calm, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to care
