Job Summary The Client Fulfillment Specialist (Production) plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse by assisting in the assembly, packaging, and shipping of products. Within this position there is emphasis on the importance of following established processes to ensure quality control, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and supporting a safe and organized work environment with a commitment to meeting production deadlines while collaborating effectively with team members. Description The Client Fulfillment Specialist (Production) plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse by assisting in the assembly, packaging, and shipping of products. Within this position there is emphasis on the importance of following established processes to ensure quality control, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and supporting a safe and organized work environment with a commitment to meeting production deadlines while collaborating effectively with team members. Responsibilities Prepare daily shipments by assembling and packaging items using appropriate packing materials Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy in order details Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping Process client orders accurately and efficiently in the system Monitor order fulfillment timelines and ensure timely delivery of products/services Receive daily shipments and promptly sort, stock, scan and update reporting Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts, conducting regular stock checks, and reporting discrepancies Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding production status, inquiries, and fulfillment-related issues Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment Move materials and products throughout the warehouse, using forklifts or hand carts as necessary Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and timelines Prepare regular reports on fulfillment metrics and client feedback Additional tasks may be assigned at any time by management Skills & Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of related experience in assembly line, material handling, shipping/receiving, customer service and/or inventory control procedures Able to efficiently assemble packaging according to product specifications Must be detail oriented, organized, proficient with reading, writing, and computer skills Ability to demonstrate time management skills and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment Familiarity with safety protocols and practices in a warehouse setting Experience using UPS shipping software (WorldShip preferred) Prior Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, or Logistics experience preferred Forklift experience 1 year (preferred) Physical Requirements Packing and fulfilling orders for patients and clients Ability to stand for extended periods while fulfilling and packing orders Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or computer Capability to lift and carry items (e.g., supplies, product materials) weighing up to 20 pounds, as needed Travel Requirements This position will begin the shift at our Laboratory (5151 Corporate Way, Jupiter, FL) and then once the expected tasks are completed at the Laboratory, you will commute to the Warehouse (1460 Park Lane S, Jupiter, FL) to complete the end of the shift with expected tasks at the Warehouse. Access will reimburse you on our bi-weekly payroll for the distance of the commute at the 2024 IRS standard mileage rate of $0.67 per mile.
