In this position, you would support the marketing team by coordinating campaigns, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You would report directly to the Group Marketing Director.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent,required
• Minimum 1 yearof experience in marketing or administrative support
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media tools)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Team oriented,flexibleand focused onmaintaininga high levelof customer service
• Bilingual, (Preferred but not necessary)
• Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
• Ability todemonstratethe ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and valid driver's license.

Essential Duties, but not limited to:

• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation
• Assistin the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
• Maintain and update marketing calendars, project timelines, and task tracking systems
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and external partners
• Manage and update website content, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools
• Track and report on marketing campaign performance, metrics, and ROI
• Assistwith the creation and editing of marketing materials (emails, flyers, presentations, etc.)
• Organize events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
• Manage marketing inventory, supplies, and promotional materials

Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Type: Full-Time

Location: NO REMOTE work
