Your Responsibilities Planning and Managing Client Projects in the Fields of Energy Technology and Electrical Engineering Advising and supporting our customers on-site Technical coordination Managing suppliers and service providers Risk and stakeholder management Scheduling Document and quality management Contract Management & Amendment Processing Your Qualifications A successfully completed degree (Master’s or Diplom) in engineering or industrial engineering At least 3 years of professional experience as an engineer or industrial engineer in schedule and cost management (e.g., as a project manager, project engineer, project leader, project coordinator, or similar role) Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, as well as excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Business-level German (C1–C2) and good English skills Knowledge of geographic information system (GIS) software such as QGIS or ArcGIS is desirable Forward-Looking Projects Targeted development of your methodological toolset and personal skills Ergonomic and modern (non-territorial) workstations with state-of-the-art IT equipment that enable mobile, location-independent work (including working from home) Comprehensive health management program, including supplemental company health insurance, a gym subsidy, fresh fruit, and much more A strong team atmosphere within our family-owned company Insight into diverse client organizations and leading global players A comprehensive mobility plan (e.g., company car, public transportation subsidy, JobRad / company bicycle, etc.) Holistic climate protection policy #J-18808-Ljbffr energate GmbH
