Vance Auto Group of Woodward is looking for a  driven, hands-on Sales Manager to take our sales team to the next level. Let’s be clear:  we’re not hiring just a desk manager. We want a leader who will roll up their sleeves, train, motivate, and inspire the team to follow our proven sales process and deliver results.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, train, and grow a high-performance sales team.
• Hold the team accountable to proven sales processes (no shortcuts here).
• Have  daily one-on-one check-ins with each team member to coach, motivate, and develop skills.
• Create a  fun employee environment that inspires growth and teamwork.
• Ensure every customer enjoys a  world-class purchase experience they’ll want to tell their friends about.
• Drive consistent  phone follow-up with clients still searching for a vehicle .
• Ensure  after-purchase follow-up calls are made to build lasting relationships and repeat business.
• Build a team culture where people want to stay, succeed, and grow.

What We’re Looking For:

• Automotive dealership experience is  required .
• Sales Manager experience is  preferred —but we’ll train the right candidate who’s hungry to win.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A positive, high-energy attitude with the ability to motivate others.
• Someone who wants more than just a job—they want a career.
