Pay Rates LPN: $30.60 – $34.76 per hour | Time and a half pay on weekends ($45.90-$52.14) + shift differential RN: $35.10 – $39.89 per hour | Time and a half pay on weekends ($52.65-$59.84) + shift differential Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a memory care and long-term care setting Monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team Support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being Document care accurately and maintain compliance with all regulations Qualifications Active LPN or RN license in Indiana Experience in Memory Care/Alzheimer’s care a plus Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to resident-centered care Why Join Hamilton Grove?
