About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our nursing team at Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center. As a Night Shift RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents. You will also have the opportunity to participate in professional development and continuing education to advance your skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of residents, including assessments, medications, treatments, and procedures
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Monitor resident conditions and report any changes or concerns to the charge nurse and physician
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Make decisions that demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and a focus on quality outcomes

Requirements
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
