HVAC Project Manager

Managing HVAC projects from contract award through completion, the full-time HVAC Project Manager will coordinate schedules, budgets, and subcontractors while ensuring successful project delivery in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage HVAC projects from generation through closeout, ensuring timely and within-budget completion Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans while coordinating with clients and subcontractors Monitor project costs and progress, identifying risks and implementing corrective action plans as needed Required qualifications 3+ years of HVAC, mechanical construction, or related project management experience Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical construction practices Understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and change-order management Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook Experience with construction/project-management software is preferred
