Senior Surgical Technologist & OR Equipment Lead

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support the operating room, coordinating equipment, instruments and supplies. You will train OR staff, collaborate across departments, and participate in maintenance and problem-solving to ensure patient safety. Minimum 3 years OR experience and completion of an approved Surgical Technologist program are required; an associates degree is preferred.
