Position Overview We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a growing clinical team in Tampa, FL. The RBT will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), primarily ages 0-8 , under the supervision of a BCBA. This is an excellent opportunity for an RBT who enjoys working with young children and wants to make a meaningful impact on their behavioral, communication, social, and developmental progress. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. Follow individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA. Implement behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs. Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Collect and accurately record data during therapy sessions. Complete daily session notes and required documentation. Communicate patient progress and concerns to the supervising BCBA. Follow BCBA-directed treatment protocols consistently. Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development. Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and clinical staff. Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment for children. Follow BACB standards and applicable clinical and organizational policies. Required Qualifications Active RBT certification through the BACB is required. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous ABA experience preferred. Experience working with children with autism strongly preferred. Experience with early intervention or children ages 0-8 is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, patient, and compassionate approach to working with children. Ability to work under BCBA supervision and follow treatment protocols. Work Environment Approximately 4,500 sq. ft. clinical facility. Primarily serves children ages 0-8. One-on-one ABA therapy. Direct BCBA supervision. Dedicated clinical environment.
