AI Enablement Engineer: Build Reusable Skills & Templates

viva is seeking an onsite Austin-based AI Enablement Engineer to build and maintain the AI Skills, Agents, and Templates Hub, and develop reusable AI skills, workflows, and starter templates. You will create onboarding materials and best practices to ensure consistent adoption across teams. You will own intake, prioritization, and tracking of enablement requests, support AI coaches by packaging solutions into shared assets, and measure adoption while maintaining asset quality and coordinating #J-18808-Ljbffr viva
