National Sales Manager

Our client is a fast growing OEM who have a unique product range and are looking for a sales leader to come in and help build and maintain a high-performance sales organization to effectively achieve business objectives.

Ideally you will have prior OEM Sales Leadership experience and can create and implement effective direct sales strategies and lead nationwide independent sales representative toward achievement of corporate sales objectives.

This role will suit a hands on leader who can lead by example and develop a high level strategy and forecast to assist this company with their rapid growth.

Desired Education and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or sciences with a strong focus on sales related functions
• Minimum 8 years relevant work experience in equipment or related sales with at least 5 years of experience managing an independent representative sales force. Experience with the development of target/account based incentive packages and actual experience developing channels/rollout execution.
• Experience and success in recruiting and retaining a high performance sales team and a demonstrated ability to lead and manage a diverse sales team.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, direct and achieve sales plans.
• Proven business analysis and judgment with the ability to proactively manage business and P&L to meet objectives.
