General Radiologist

Boca Radiology Group (BRG), a 50-person sub-specialized private practice in southeast Florida, is seeking a full-time ABR BE/BC General Diagnostic Radiologist. This role focuses on providing high-quality imaging and professional radiology services in Palm Beach County, FL, with a flexible clinical schedule and a focus on hospital-based CT stroke perfusion and emergency services. The position offers the opportunity to join a technologically advanced imaging team.

Practice Info

• 50-person sub-specialized, diversified, state-of-the-art private practice
• Covers a tertiary 400-bed hospital with Level 3 ED, 11 outpatient imaging centers, and teleradiology sites
• Equipped with seven 3.0 Tesla MRI machines, specialized MARS techniques, DECT, and SPECT-CT
• MSK section is high volume and well balanced by professional and collegiate athletics, sports medicine, rheumatology, emergency, and hospital-based cases
• Focus in the hospital section for CT stroke perfusion and emergency services

Responsibilities

• Read ultrasound, CT, and X-Ray
• Participate in general call shared amongst the practice

Compensation

• Highly competitive compensation
• The salary range for this position is $450,000-$1,000,000

Shift & Schedule

• Day/1st Shift
• Full-time (30+ hrs/week)
• Onsite M-F
• Shift: 8am-5pm EST
• Weekend Requirement: 12 shifts/year
• Call Requirement: 12 shifts/year
• General call is only one Saturday or Sunday day shift per month (12 shifts per year)

Requirements

• ABR BE/BC Full-time General Diagnostic Radiologist
• Comfortable reading ultrasound, CT, and X-Ray
• PET/CT or MRI skills are a plus but not required
• No mammography, interventional or MSK skills required
• Board certified or Board Eligible by American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
• Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy and residency trained in the practice of Diagnostic Radiology
• Fellowship training in any subspecialty is preferred, but not required
• Ability to obtain a Florida license is required
