Contract | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical unit serving a mixed case load including joint replacement and general surgical patients
• Work rotating 12-hour variable shifts, including 2 out of every 4 weekends as needed (Friday/Saturday on nights; Saturday/Sunday on days)
• Float to additional affiliated facilities as required
• Participate in low-census on-call rotation; if called back, a minimum 2-hour call-back period applies
• Adhere to facility infection control policies, including masking requirements during flu season for unvaccinated staff

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required — must be AHA or ARC issued
• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience
• Willingness to float to affiliated facilities as needed
• Ability to accommodate no more than 7 days of requested time off during the contract
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

• Experience with joint replacement and general surgical patient populations
• Demonstrated adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with a confident, assertive clinical approach
