QA/QC Inspector

QA/QC InspectorThe QA/QC Inspector performs in-process and final inspections of printed circuit boards and assemblies to ensure products meet quality standards, customer specifications, and industry requirements.We're looking for someone who:Has a high school diploma or GEDBrings 1–3 years of quality inspection experience in a PCB, electronics, or manufacturing environmentHas experience performing First Article Inspections and/or final quality auditsIs familiar with IPC-A-600 and IPC-A-610 standardsHolds IPC-A-610 certification (preferred)Has strong attention to detail and good manual dexterityCan read and interpret technical drawings and assembly documentationIs comfortable using microscopes, calipers, and other inspection toolsHas basic computer skills for data entry and reportingWhat you'll do:Perform in-process and final inspections of PCBs and assemblies per work instructions and IPC standardsInspect solder joints, trace integrity, component placement, and cleanlinessUse magnification tools, microscopes, and AOI systems to assess product qualityDocument inspection results and communicate nonconformances to appropriate teamsVerify use of correct materials, drawings, and revision-controlled documentationSupport First Article Inspections and record results as requiredAssist with incoming inspection of raw materials and componentsFollow safety and ESD handling proceduresEscalate quality concerns and support root cause analysis effortsWhy you'll love working here:Weekly pay Paid sick leave Health, vision, dental, pet insurance, and more
