Date Posted: 1/23/2026 Location: Clinton County Office ESL Adult Education Instructor Part-Time ESL Instructor Clinton County Central Intermediate Unit 10 (CIU 10) is an education agency in Centre, Clearfield and Clinton counties. We are seeking a Part-Time ESL Instructor to provide instruction to adult learners primarily in Clinton County. This position supports individuals whose primary language is not English as they work to develop skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening .
