Job Summary

This position is a direct report to the Group Product Manager and will be supporting Nuclear applications and projects. In that capacity, this position is responsible for the following:

Product Consultants are the primary facilitators for product. Product Consultants are responsible for optimizing the value proposition. They anticipate issues and/or complications and respond well to time pressures. 

They also work and communicate with a wide range of people – peers, vendors, staff members, broader functional and business leadership, and others. 

Lead the effort to execute projects and manage on-boarding and also establish and maintain a collaborative working relationship with selected vendors. Serve as domain specific subject matter expert for Robotic Process Automation product line. Keep abreast of technical advances and best practices in IT.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze, optimize, and document IT operational processes including incident management, change control, and service delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system uptime, performance monitoring, and root cause analysis
• Provide expert guidance on infrastructure upgrades, automation opportunities, and operational tooling
• Support disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms for operational KPIs
• Assist in the design and implementation of ITIL-based frameworks and best practices
• Lead or support operational readiness for new technology deployments and upgrades
• Advise on vendor selection, contract evaluation, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Mentor internal teams on operational excellence and continuous improvement

Job Specific Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 
• 2+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or systems administration
• Strong understanding of ITIL, DevOps, and enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk, ServiceNow)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and hybrid environments
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive operational change
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Department of Energy’s regulation 10 CFR 810 is required 

Desired

• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or relevant cloud credentials
