As part of the Aebi Schmidt Group, we are committed to delivering superior solutions to our customers as well as providing rewarding career opportunities.ResponsibilitiesPlan, direct, and coordinate the manufacturing of products and parts in compliance with company goals and objectives.Oversee a workforce of employees in the manufacturing department.Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.Investigate and analyze current manufacturing processes.Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiency for the use of material, machinery, and employees.Lead the continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines.Plan, implement annual budgets.Job SkillsExperience in leading manufacturing organizations.Knowledge in manufacturing processes (fabrication, welding, painting, assembly)Knowledge in lean manufacturing methodologyStrong verbal and written communication skills addressing different levels (shop floor up to Executive Management)Ability to learn and keep up with product knowledge.Ability to multi-task and stay organized.Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel.Provide motivation, support, and guidance to all employees.Qualifications5-10 years' experience in manufacturing environment, preferably large product assembly4+ years' experience in a supervisory capacity is preferred.Benefits401K with Company MatchHealth, Vision & Dental InsuranceLife & Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountPaid Time Off (PTO) ProgramPaid HolidaysReimbursement for Select Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
