HVAC Installer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems according to specifications.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.
• Clean coils, inspect drain lines, and replace filters.
• Check electrical components, wiring, and controls.
• Inspect fan motors and lubricate moving parts when applicable.
• Verify refrigerant levels and identify potential leaks.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes and company safety policies.
• Work both independently and with a team to meet project deadlines.

HVAC Installer Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Apprentice.
• Valid, unexpired driver's license.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and climb for extended periods.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions (dust, rain, wind, heat, and cold).

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
