Kelly is hiring for Event Coordinators in Chicago!
Job Title: Event Staff – Conference Support (September 1st–3rd, Downtown Chicago)
Pay Rate: $25/hr
Location: 800 N Michigan Avenue, Downtown Chicago
Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and professional individuals to join our team for an upcoming conference event from September 1st to September 3rd at 800 N Michigan Avenue, Downtown Chicago . Event staff will be responsible for registering conference attendees, monitoring conference rooms, greeting guests, and providing friendly, helpful assistance throughout the event.
Key Responsibilities:

• Register and check-in conference attendees
• Greet guests and offer top-notch service
• Monitor and support conference room operations
• Answer attendee questions and provide directions
• Assist with event-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
• Courteous, professional, and eager to help
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctuality and reliability are essential
• Previous event or customer service experience is a plus

Additional Information:

• Parking will not be reimbursed.
• Dates & Hours: September 1st to 3rd (exact shifts provided upon selection)
