Job Description As a body shop metal technician you will be asked to perform quality services on each vehicle while maintaining a great work ethic. Technicians are hands‑on and they perform work outlined on repair orders, examine damaged vehicles to estimate repair procedures, monitor the vehicle progress to determine the schedule for final assembly, perform proper tool and equipment usage and vehicle maintenance. Qualifications Teamwork approach and positive can do attitude Ability to master products, services and company knowledge Working knowledge of body shop equipment and tools Basic Mechanical understanding of an automobile Easily learns and applies new skills High sense of urgency, lots of drive and self motivation Successful completion of pre‑employment assessment, criminal background check, drug testing and driving record review Successful completion of initial training Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
