Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Electrophysiology Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform EP diagnostic procedures and interventions, including ablations and cardiac device testing.
• Operate Cardo Micropace and other specialized equipment efficiently and safely.
• Maintain and monitor accurate records of patient procedures and responses.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members, participating in patient care conferences as required.
• Prepare and maintain a sterile field, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences to upgrade clinical competencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in electrophysiology or related cardiac care.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS and ARRT R preferred.
• Experience with EP lab procedures, including cardiac ablation and device management.
• Ability to perform duties independently and make critical decisions in urgent situations.
• Strong communication skills for collaborative patient care and interaction with team members.
• Willingness to float to meet facility needs and flexible to work weekends as needed.
