Parts Clerk

This position requires strong attention to detail, highly organized, with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to grow our wholesale and retail markets. Manufacturer and CDK experience are preferred, but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with Parts Manager to place/upgrade orders.
• File claims
• Pick and deliver parts to our shop
• Pick and ship parts to other Dealers using UPS/FED Ex
• Assist in putting shipments in bins in in correct locations
• Performs other duties as assigned

Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Working knowledge of CDK.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects up to 50lbs as needed
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Highly professional and dependable
• Safety and customer service oriented
• Must be a self starter and able to work independently
