Pride Health is hiring Emergency Medical Technicians to support our client's healthcare facility in Kansas City, KS 66102.

Job Details:

· Location: Kansas City, KS 66102

· Training Schedule: M-F (07:00-17:30)

· Shift Schedule: BHN (Wed-Sat 18:00-04:30)

· Contract Length: 5 months with possible extension

· Pay Rate: $32 - $37/hour

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.

Duties:

• Provide first aid and emergency medical support for workplace injuries and incidents.
• Assess patient conditions and administer basic life support (BLS).
• Maintain accurate documentation of medical care, reports, and logs.
• Support workplace safety initiatives and injury prevention programs.
• Assist with drug testing protocols and emergency response procedures.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED – Required
• Active BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification – Required
• EMT or Paramedic Certification (State or NREMT) OR relevant equivalent experience – Required
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience – Preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
