RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
- Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service or repairs are needed.
- Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Will work under the guidance of a group leader with work ranging from express maintenance to difficult diagnostic work from day one
QUALIFICATIONS
- Willing to learn and develop skills through hands-on and computer lead training
- Strong teamwork skills
- Strong automotive background a plus
- Willing to submit a drug screen & background check
- Must have a clean & valid driver's license
- Authorized to work in the United States
