Professional Security Officers - Full Time Immediate Openings!! Primary Location: Fulton, MO Wage: $18.50/HR Available Shifts 7PM - 7AM 7AM - 7PM 11PM - 7AM The Professional Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity. Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed. Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests. Utilizing technology devices throughout shift. Conduct tours of the property. Respond to incidents, calls, and communicate with the director of security. Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site. Basic Requirements 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Above average computer / technology skills needed. Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations. Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. Must have a professional demeanor. Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid/effective judgment and use appropriate escalation. All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre‑employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. Valid Driver’s License required. No security license needed. Must be alert and observant. Must be responsible and dependable. Open availability preferred. Driver certified.
