Product Owner II

Representing the voice of the customer, the full-time remote Product Owner II will manage a large product or set of products, defining the product vision and roadmap while prioritizing the backlog and communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business strategy. Key responsibilities: Build and communicate the product vision and roadmap, prioritizing the backlog based on strategic intent Write user stories, specify acceptance criteria, and collaborate with the delivery team to support Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) Engage with customers and stakeholders, advocating for their needs while focusing on outcomes over outputs Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of relevant business, analytical, technical, or product experience, or 10 years of combined higher education and work experience Experience prioritizing across competing priorities in a rapidly changing environment Understanding of Design Thinking principles and product design best practices Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles and practices Experience collaborating with user experience teams on product design
