Warehouse Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter - Logan Township
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter to work with a leading retail company in Logan Township. This role is essential for supporting our staffing agency’s warehouse operations by managing recruitment, onboarding, and daily staffing coordination in collaboration with warehouse supervisors.
Shift Patterns
- Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm
Pay Rates
- 22.00 USD hourly
Essential Requirements for Warehouse Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter
- Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for warehouse positions.
- Coordinate orientations, onboarding paperwork, and employee start dates.
- Track attendance, confirm schedules, and follow up on absences.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with timekeeping and payroll questions.
- Communicate staffing needs and employee concerns to warehouse supervisors.
- Help employees understand workplace policies and safety expectations.
Skills and Qualifications for Warehouse Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Excel, and data entry systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a busy warehouse environment.
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable working with diverse teams.
- Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Strong Team Player, professional able to speak to client and workforce as well.
Role Responsibilities for Warehouse Staffing Coordinator / Recruiter
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for warehouse personnel.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing-related inquiries and payroll assistance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards across the warehouse floor.
- Maintain administrative accuracy in all clerical and staffing documentation.
Location : Logan Township. This position is based in a dynamic warehouse environment.
