Daily Responsibilities Begin each day energized and ready to make an impact, wearing your name badge with pride, greeting teammates with a warm hello, and ensuring the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers. Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top‑selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions to engage, educate, and sell with confidence. Focus on the customer on the floor: offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to build customer relationships. Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. Finish strong: share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have everything they need, and end with a sincere thank‑you, often walking the package around and using the customer’s name. Who You Are Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality. Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors. Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English. Be comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues. Meet daily sales goal challenges. Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information. Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities. Work well independently and in team dynamics. Handle electronic devices with no problem. Essential Physical Requirements This position requires talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands. Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 25 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, and reaching, including above eye level. Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
