ARi is looking for a Procurement Administrative Assistant to join our team in East Peoria, IL. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Procurement Administrative Assistant responsibilities include documentation per ISO specifications, monitoring and logging all incoming shipments, outgoing domestic, freight, and international shipping, ordering and purchasing supplies for US and Mexico, and maintaining supply levels for various departments and projects. The Procurement Admin will oversee vendor quality and relationships and maintain service achievement reports. On the Job training provided.

Procurement Administrative Assistant responsibilities :

• Oversees and documents all incoming and outgoing shipments per ISO specifications.
• Maintains inventory supply; verifies inventory levels by checking shelves, notifies to replacement needs, and places orders as appropriate.
• Reviews incoming order forms for proper coding, quantities requested, and authorized approvals; inspects and verifies supplies received against invoice and packing slip; initiates requests for vendor corrections.
• Contacts approved vendors to reorder routine supplies; processes paperwork related to supply requests, including small purchase orders, purchase requisitions, and check requests.
• Performs clerical duties related to maintaining stock inventories and stockroom; may operate a computer terminal and/or personal computer.
