Sales & Marketing Representative

2313 Inc. is adding Sales & Marketing Representatives to our Metro Detroit team. This position combines customer interaction, sales, and campaign execution for the brands we represent.
You'll receive hands-on training from day one, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world experience and build a foundation in sales and marketing.
A Typical Week Includes:
Meeting and engaging with prospective customers
Presenting client products, services, and promotions
Helping drive new customer acquisition
Learning campaign strategies and sales techniques
Tracking performance and working toward goals
Training and collaborating with your team
What Matters to Us
Experience is great, but attitude, communication, and willingness to learn matter more.
We're looking for someone who is personable, dependable, comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and motivated by both individual and team goals.
Beyond the Sales Floor
There's more to the experience than day-to-day sales. Our team participates in coaching, team events, networking, recognition, and professional development.
Qualified team members may also have opportunities to travel for business , attend conferences and trainings, and connect with professionals in other markets based on performance, availability, and business needs.
Quick Details
Full-Time: Approximately 40 hours per week
Compensation: Draw-against-commission structure
Experience: Entry-Level candidates are encouraged to apply
