Front Desk Coordinator
Richmond, VA
Hours:

• Monday – Friday 8:00a – 4:30p

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and welcome patients and visitors upon arrival; manage the reception area to ensure it remains tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials
• Facilitate a seamless patient experience by managing the complete check-in/check-out process and accurately scheduling future appointments
• Serve as the primary point of contact by answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls, as well as providing accurate information in-person, via email, or over the phone
• Handle patient insurance verification, receive and distribute daily mail/deliveries, and direct visitors to the appropriate staff member or office
• Maintain a safe clinic environment by following established safety procedures, monitoring the visitor logbook, and issuing guest badges

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Medical reception experience (1+ year)
• EMR experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Compensation:

• $16-17/hr

...Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
