About the Role This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Panda Restaurant Group located in Coon Rapids, MN. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing a team, hiring and training staff, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. The Restaurant Manager will also be responsible for effective communication with customers and staff. Responsibilities Overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant Managing a team Hiring and training staff Maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality Effective communication with customers and staff Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is a plus Required Skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Experience in hiring and training staff Knowledge of food and beverage operations Experience in the restaurant industry Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work well in a team Pay range and compensation package Competitive pay, benefits, and bonus opportunities.
