HR Help Desk Specialist: First-Contact Support

Ochsner Health

Ochsner Health is seeking an HR Call Center Associate to serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries, documenting issues and providing timely responses. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience in HR environments, and at least an Associates degree. This position requires proficiency in HR Call Tracking systems and the ability to resolve inquiries effectively with a focus on achieving first call resolution.
