Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote resident comfort and dignity
Provide basic nursing care, including vital sign checks, as delegated by registered nurses and licensed practical nurses
Maintain accurate records of resident care, including daily reports and incident reports
Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care
Demonstrate a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration with other healthcare professionals

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
