Position Overview:
As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for guests and students, ensuring they receive courteous and professional assistance. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive and seamless experience during their visit to our campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests and students with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to email inquiries about programs and services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for beauty services and student consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of client and guest interactions.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support guest services.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or guest relations preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Monday thru Friday 5:00-10:00pm cst

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
