• Guaranteed Earning: Over $1MM
• Performance: High-value production, paid quarterly.
• Paid Call: $1,500 per day after day 7 ~$12,000 monthly
• Incentives: Up to $75,000 Commencement Bonus (paid on first check) and $75,000 Student Loan Repayment .
• Support: $15,000 Relocation, $4,500 CME allowance, and fully covered licensure/dues.
